Online registration for the exhibition, advertisement and sponsorship
 
An exhibition of instrumentation, software, accessories, chemicals and literature on various techniques is  also planned in connection with the Conference. You are cordially invited to participate in this exhibition. The estimated number of participants will be around 130.

The options available for participating in the Exhibition/Sponsorship are summarized below:


Conditions for exhibitors:

1 m2 exhibition area (min. area is 4 m2): EUR 100,-
(1 desk with two chairs and electricity and WIFI /ca. 4 m2/)
(VAT is included)

Closing date of registration: 01 July, 2019.

Registration fee for exhibitor company representatives EUR 400,-

Scientific Lecture: EUR 600,-
(VAT is included)

Company Poster EUR 350,-
(VAT is included)

Exhibitor company representatives can only participate at the meeting, if they are registered participants as well.


The registration fee includes:

  • VAT (27 per cent) is included in the fees according to Hungarian VAT Law
