The registration fee for regular and student participants includes:

  • Admission to the Conference
  • Electronic Book of Abstracts (ISBN number)
  • Conference materials
  • Lunches
  • Coffee and refreshments
  • Organ Concert
  • Excursion
  • Conference Dinner
  • VAT (27 per cent) is included in the fees acccording to Hungarian VAT Law

The registration fee of accompanying persons includes:

  • Organ Concert
  • Excursion
  • Conference Dinner
  • Additional program for accompanying persons
  • VAT (27 per cent) is included in the fees acccording to Hungarian VAT Law

Students must identify themselves with the student ID. The registration process must be accompanied by a letter from the participant's supervisor confirming this status. Please send this letter to the conference e-mail address.

The accompanying person can not participate at the scientific sessions of the conference.



Payment of the registration fee, hotel accommodation, and any other applicable fees should be made to the beneficiary, preferably before 30 July 2019.


  • All bank charges must be covered by the transmitter.
  • Confirmation of registration upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation and Refund policy

Refund requests can be submitted to the Conference Secretariat. 50% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before 30 July 2019. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
